Recycle Your Tent With Terra Nova!
Everyone has a tent that's a personal favourite, that's seen many a successful trip, and that will be difficult to replace. When the time comes it can be hard to justify simply throwing it away or cannibalising it for spares, so at Terra Nova we've come up with a third option.
We will accept your tent, regardless of condition or age, as a 30% trade in on any new tent from our ranges (subject to availability). Returning your tent to us is a fitting end for a loyal servant, and gives the average camper a chance to own some serious kit!
All we ask is that the tent is complete, and has had excess dirt removed*.
| Step 1 - Register an online account by using the "register" tab in the top right of the page and entering your details. You must use a valid e-mail address as we will us this to send you your individual returns form. Please remember that all deliveries need to be signed for, so use a delivery address where there is usually someone present to sign.

| Step 2 - Select your tent from the website (making sure to check the availability) and add it to your basket. View your basket using the tab in the top right, and enter the words TRADE IN in the promotional code box. You must write it in capital letters! Click the update button.

| Step 3 - 30% will have been removed from your basket total. Click on "proceed to checkout" to go to the next step.

| Step 4 - Her you can check your delivery details at the top of the page. Lower down please enter TRADE IN in the "additional comments" box so that we can easily identify your order and dispatch you your returns form. Failure to do this may cause a delay in receiving your new tent. Click next to see your finalised order before proceeding to WorldPay to make payment.

Step 5 - We will e-mail you a returns form with your unique order number on. Print this out, amend any errors, and return the form along with your old tent.
Step 6 - When we recieve your tent and form we will check that it's complete, and then dispatch your new tent as soon as possible (usually the same day), ready for many more years of service.
If you have any questions about the Trade In, or want to ask us any questions about an item or it's availability, please send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
*We are unable to accept any tent that has large amounts of dirt on it. This is due to current Health and Safety guidelines. By brushing/washing off any excess dirt we will be able to process your order much more quickly. Thank You.
Terms and Conditions
We cannot extend "The Great Tent Trade In" to products in our clearance section, or in conjunction with any other offer.
Terra Nova reserves the right to alter or withdraw this service at any time without notice. We will always aim to give warning of any changes, but cannot guarantee to do so.
This offer cannot be given in retrospect, and is available at the discretion of Terra Nova Equipment Ltd.
