The new extremities Multisport Pro glove has been given a first review by the folks at WideWorld, who rated it 4 out of 5 as a perfect glove for working in the cold and wet.
The Gore-Tex XTRAFIT lining kept all the (very wet) December weather at bay, whilst the reduced bulk and suberb cut made it easy to handle kit without having to take them off. However, don't be fooled by the lightweight nature of the Multisport Pro; as the close fit and microfleece lining were found to be surprisingly warm and comfortable - ask anybody who has used our classic Multisport GTX glove. We've even used The Multisport Pro for winter gully climbing during this recent cold spell.
Gore-Tex XTRAFIT is a revolutionary technique for making linings for gloves, and incorperates the waterproof, windproof and breathable properties of a Gore-Tex fabric insert with a new method of bonding this insert to the other glove layers. This gives unparalleled "feel" for a fully weatherproof glove, allowing greater control and comfort. Using this new technology has allowed us to make a trully exceptional winter glove.
