Review

Graham Thompson gets his hands on the future Guinness World Record holding lightest tent in the world - the Terra Nova Laser Competition. Despite the poor weather he finds it to be "ideal for a night or two during an adventure race or when tackling a two-day backpacking trip over a weekend".

Superceding the current Laserlite, and knocking 200g off the previous World Record in doing so, the Laser Competition looks set to become a favourite tent for solo backpackers or for those occasions where low weight and a small pack size is the difference between winning and losing.
