Review
The Voyager XL was released to some acclaim in 2009, and since then has been steadily building a reputation as an excellent lightweight tent for longer trips - more than holding it's own against other established tents on the market. The October 2010 edition of TGO Magazine featured a review of larger 'base camp' style tents, and the Voyager XL walked away with a full 5/5 as well as a highly prized 'TGO recommends' badge.
It's not difficult to see why the Voyager XL is increasingly seen as the go-to tent for trips with extra kit such as cycle touring or climbing. The roomy inner gives lots of space for two people to organise kit around the door, while the extended porch with it's two doors means you can keep more of your gear under cover whilst still being able to get in and out easily. At meal times you can get 4 people sheltered face-to-face around the inner door to cook and eat, great for boosting morale on wet days!
