We have all had to adapt very quickly to the changing situation with Covid-19 and are operating in what we believe are the best interests of our employees, customers and the business.

Not all our staff are back at work full time and we have social distancing measures in place in the warehouse and offices. Please bear with us if it takes a little longer than we would both like to answer your email or call, or dispatch your order.  If you’re waiting for a reply from us please check your junk folders and all email addresses in case it is there.

Web Orders / Shipping

Our warehouse is currently dispatching orders Monday to Thursday, generally orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt however please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched.

At present we cannot send orders to Australia and New Zealand due to flight restrictions.
We are able to send orders to European countries as usual.
We are now able to send orders to the USA.
If you would like to place an order to be sent outside of Europe and the USA please contact us first so we can check the latest shipping information and confirm that delivery is possible.

Norway has recently changed import requirements for consumer orders, please send your PID number to with your order number after placing your order. We will be unable to dispatch your order without your PID.

Customer Repairs
Our repairs service is open and busy as you might expect. We are working through items as quickly as we can and you should receive a quote or reply about your repair within 10 days of us receiving your item.  If you haven’t received an email please would you check your junk email and all email addresses if you have more than one email, if you have still not received your quote please contact us on so we can resend the details.
