The makers of the worlds lightest tent also offer the worlds best tent care service. Offering protection against accidental damage and even wear and tear, the service works alongside our ‘extended guarantee’ to offer unbeatable peace of mind.

The Terra Nova Gold Mark Service runs for the first 5 years of your tent’s life, and entitles you to:

  • FREE repairs wherever possible, whatever the cause
  • 50% OFF RRP on any replacement parts, where repair isn’t feasible
  • PRIORITY handling from our Customer Service department
  • Gold Mark Service certificate

Any Terra Nova brand tent purchased from our online store ( at full price (excludes clearance / discount items) will automatically be covered by this service and will come ready-personalised with a unique ID code. We are sorry but we cannot yet extend this service to Wild Country tents, or to tents bought from third parties.

Example 1

Your brand new Voyager tent gets damaged on first pitch when a sudden gust of wind blows the flysheet from your hand and into a hedgerow/road/barbed wire fence.

In the past you could have paid upto £100 for patches or replacement panels, or in the worst cases £220 for a new flysheet. Gold Service members would get any repairs for free, and in the worst case a replacement flysheet for £110.

Example 2

After 3 years of use on high altitude trips around the globe, the flysheet for your Quasar has received more UV light than the receptionist in a tanning salon, and is no longer keeping the weather at bay.

In the past it would have cost you £286 for a new flysheet, for Gold Service members it will be £143 no questions asked.

Example 3

A herd of cattle trample your Hyperspace tent, destroying poles, inner tent and flysheet. Thinking quickly you rescue the tent before the Gold Service tags are destroyed, and send what’s left to us.

We identify the tent from it’s tags and confirm it is covered by the Gold Mark service. A completely new replacement Hyperspace tent costs you £450, rather than the usual £900.
