Excellent Condition

Lightly handled or used for indoor demos, photography, or product testing. May exhibit minimal cosmetic signs, such as creasing or slight marks. Not used outdoors. Most accessories are included unless stated.

Grade B

Good Condition

Used for short periods outdoors, typically in demo or field testing. Visible signs of use such as scuffed poles, marks on the fabric, or replaced stuff sacks. Fully functional and weather-ready.

Grade C

Fair Condition

Previously used for extended testing or returned with significant cosmetic wear. May have been repaired for damage, has non-original packaging, or shows visible use on components. Still safe, tested, and functional — offered at a deeper discount. May have a limited or no warranty; see product page for specifics.
