The cost of shipping your order will be automatically calculated by the website, based upon the items ordered and your destination / delivery address.
Delivery times for international orders obviously will take longer than domestic UK orders. Whilst we aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of order receipt, it may take a further 3 – 5 days for European orders to be delivered, or 10 – 14 days for rest of world. We send international orders with a tracking number, which will be emailed to customers once the item has been despatched. This will enable the item to be tracked online for peace of mind.
Tax / Import Duty
Items delivered outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes/duties which are charged at the point of delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure such charges are paid for. If unsure we recommend contacting your local Revenue and Customs department prior to ordering.
Orders placed with a billing and/or delivery address within the EU will be charged VAT. Please do not place an order online if you were hoping to claim back the VAT with a VAT-number. We do not have a facility to do this. If orders are placed online which subsequently require a VAT refund, they will be subject to a minimum £20 administration charge.
Customers with billing and delivery addresses outside of the EU wishing to avoid paying UK VAT, must place their order via our telephone sales line (+44 1773 837373). Customers placing orders online, who subsequently request a refund for VAT, will be charged a minimum £20 administration fee.
