1. Ensure your group secretary/equipment officer has registered your club as part of the Outdoor Professional Programme (if not, please ask them to contact us and discuss the possibility of applying).
2. Register using the form below.
3. After checking your details and programme eligibility, we will update your online account to ‘Outdoor Professional’ status. We’ll notify you by email when this has been completed.
4. Once your account has been approved, prices displayed on the website when you’re logged in will automatically be at the discounted rate (where applicable).

By registering, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Terra Nova Equipment staff may contact group officers/secretaries directly to confirm individual member requests.
• Reduced prices apply to all three of our brands, Terra Nova, Wild Country and Extremities, but not to any third-party products that may at times be available from the site.
• Discounts only apply to full-price products. Sale items or discounts from vouchers/coupons cannot be used in conjunction with the Outdoor Professionals discount offer.
• Terra Nova Equipment Ltd reserves, the right to alter prices without notice, and to cancel any order up until the point of delivery.
• By becoming a registered Outdoor Professional, you agree that we may contact you with specific information about special offers or pricing information for Outdoor Professional members. This is different from our standard mailing list, which you may opt-out of if you wish. We never sell or pass on any information to third parties.
