Expedition Super Quasar Tent Pitching Instructions
Read the Expedition Super Quasar tent pitching instructions below:
- Lay out the inner tent.
- Connect the pole sections together taking care that all the joints are fully inserted (otherwise the poles can be damaged when you tension the tent).
- Push the two red poles through the sleeves in the lines A-B and C-D, see diagram below, making sure that at least 60cm of pole sticks out at points B and D.
- Push the two blue pre-curved poles through the sleeves in the lines E-F, and G-H, making sure that at least 60cm of pole sticks out at points F and G.
- Insert the pole-ends into the outer most eyelets at B and D. Walk round the tent and push the poles at A and C upwards, until it is possible to insert the pole-ends into the outer most eyelets. Insert the pole-ends into the eyelets at points E and G. Then go round to the other side and insert the pole ends at points F and H.
- Pull the flysheet over the tent and locate the eyelets under the pole-ends.
- Peg out the four corners of the inner tent ONLY.
- Finally, peg out all the elastics and guylines.
