The GORE-TEX® Ice Cap is built to withstand severe winter weather, combining premium waterproof and windproof protection with a practical, insulated design. Using a 3-layer
GORE-TEX® construction with a hydrostatic head of 28,000mm, it offers complete protection from driving rain and snow while remaining breathable for comfort during active
use. A soft microfleece lining provides warmth against the cold, while the elasticated design gives close coverage over the ears and neck. The wired peak shields against precipitation
and can be folded back and secured with a press-stud when not needed. Additional features include a removable chin strap for security in high winds and ear flaps for added
coverage. Lightweight at just 60g, the GORE-TEX® Ice Cap offers dependable, packable protection for hiking, mountaineering, and winter walking.
