From ripped flysheets and torn inners to broken zips and pole sleeves, we’ll assess the damage and provide the best fix possible. We also offer specialised repair services for Terra Nova packs, gloves, hats, gaiters, and socks (including split seams, re-taping, and Gore-Tex® patching).
How It Works
Get a Preliminary Estimate
Contact us with details and photos of the damage. We will provide a rough initial quote.
Send It In
Package your gear safely, making sure it is in a clean and dry condition Urgent Repairs: If you need your gear back within 2 weeks, you mustcall us at 01773 833300 before shipping.
Inspection & Final Quote
We inspect your tent within 1–3 working days. We will send a final quote and a time estimate based on the season and workload.
Fix & Return
Once you approve the quote, we aim to complete and return your repaired gear via premium tracked delivery within 10–15 working days.
Due to Health and Safety regulations, we can only accept products in a clean and dry condition. Please keep this in mind when returning items to us for repair. Please ensure that all returns are safely packaged. Terra Nova cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. It may be the case that we need to return packages to you unopened if we feel there is a risk of further damaging the goods whilst opening them due to excessive or inappropriate packaging. Terra Nova will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs in this instance.

Cost: Repairs and inspection are 100% free of charge.
Shipping: Completely free. Once your proof of purchase is verified, we will email you a prepaid DPD return shipping label.
Requirement: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be submitted and approved before you ship your item.
Outside of Guarantee
Cost: You pay the full cost of the repair.
Shipping to Us: You must arrange and pay for your own inbound shipping to our workshop.
Return Shipping: A £10 fee for premium tracked delivery will be added to the final cost of your repair.
