For two years from the date of purchase, we will replace any damaged pole – regardless of the cause, including unforeseen mishaps or accidental damage. This straightforward, hassle‑free policy ensures you can rely on your equipment with confidence, knowing that any tent or bivi pole issue will be resolved quickly so your adventures can continue uninterrupted.
Wild Country’s 2‑year limited guarantee provides the original owner protection against genuine manufacturing faults or defects for two years from the date of purchase. This policy reflects Wild Country’s commitment to offering dependable, high‑value outdoor equipment across its range. Tent poles are not included within this guarantee, as they are covered separately by our dedicated No‑Quibble Alloy Pole Guarantee

Terra Nova Equipment Ltd (“Terra Nova”, “we”, “us”) guarantees that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears during the usable lifetime of the product, we will, at our discretion, repair the product free of charge or replace it. If the product is no longer available, we will replace it with the closest equivalent product from our current range.
This guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only. It is not a promise that the product will last for any particular period of time, and it is not a guarantee of the durability of the product. All outdoor equipment has a finite usable life.
“Lifetime” means the usable lifetime of the product itself, not the lifetime of the owner. The usable life of a product depends on how it is used, how often, and how well it is cared for. Fabrics, coatings and components degrade naturally over time through use and exposure, particularly to ultraviolet (UV) light, even with careful maintenance. Once a product has reached the end of its usable life through normal use and natural ageing, this guarantee no longer applies.
