We’re all about helping the environment at Terra Nova, that’s why we make tents that last. When the day comes that you need to replace your trusty tent, we’re here to offer you 30% off a new tent when you trade-in your old one. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you, so we are accepting any old tent regardless of the brand or model. We’re trying to stop tents from ending up in landfills, so we try to recycle as many parts of your old tent as possible. In return, you’ll get a new one to last you for years of adventures.
Regardless of condition or age, we will accept your tent for a 30% trade-in discount on any new, full-priced tent bought directly from us (subject to availability). Returning your tent to us is a fitting end for a loyal servant and gives the average camper a chance to own some serious kit!
All we ask is that the tent is complete and any excess dirt is removed*.
How to get the Tent Trade-In deal
- Fill out the form below to get your Coupon Code
- Find the tent you wish to purchase and add it to your basket as normal. At the view basket/checkout page, enter the voucher code in the appropriate box and click ‘Apply Coupon’. Once this voucher is applied, you’ll see 30% deducted from the price of the tent. Continue through to the checkout and payment pages.
- Our sales staff will check your order and once confirmed, send an email to your registered email address containing a “Tent Trade-In Returns” document for you to print out and fill in. Send this, along with your used tent to the address provided.
- Once we have received and inspected your tent, your order will be released and shipped to you as normal.

* We are unable to accept any tent that has large amounts of dirt on it. This is due to current Health and Safety guidelines. By brushing/washing off any excess dirt, we will be able to process your order more quickly.
