This competition is for an Extremities voucher to spend on terra-nova.co.uk up to the value of £150.
In order to enter into the competition, you must follow the instructions on Instagram social media platform. Entries excepted via Instagram only. No other form of entry will be permitted. By entering the competition, the user agrees to these terms and conditions. The promoter is not liable for any issues that may occur once the prize has been arranged.
The winner will respect and comply with the Extremities correspondent at all times to organise collection/delivery of the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be made available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should the need arise. The prize shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, or the benefit granted to any person other than the winner without the Promoter’s explicit, written consent. The Promoter will not be liable if the prize cannot be taken by the winner for any reason. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be contacted by phone or email after the competition close date. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however failure to communicate the win by Thursday 19th November will result in another winner being chosen.
This competition is open worldwide, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families or agents. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. If the winner is outside of the UK, they are responsible for paying for shipping costs.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter further reserves the right to declare void any entry in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award the prize or to withdraw the prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion or otherwise, where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion.
By making an entry as part of this promotion, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the administration of this offer and for any other purposes compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. This data will not be shared with any third parties except as far as necessary to arrange the prize. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Promoter, so far is permitted by the law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the offer or any aspect of the reward. This offer shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.
