TriPlex™
ENGINEERED FOR PERFORMANCE, DESIGNED FOR THE PLANET
Engineered for performance tents and tarps, TriPlex™ aims to solve a classic dilemma: how to create a highly durable, lightweight fabric without wrecking the environment. Standard tent fabrics usually pick a side: nylon or polyester. TriPlex™ creates a composite substrate that blends both, utilising a lightweight, strong nylon base fabric. When combined with a three-directional grid of polyester fibres, this creates a highly stable matrix. Under a heavy load, the fabric resists tearing from three different directions while drastically reducing the sagging or stretching that normally plagues lightweight nylon tents in the rain.
Strength Woven into Every Layer
At the core of TriPlex™ lies its triple ripstop construction, a distinctive composite weave developed to deliver exceptional strength, stability and durability at minimal weight. This advanced fabric structure uses a repeating pattern of reinforced fibres in three‑directional intervals, creating a stable matrix that significantly improves tear resistance.
Hybrid Construction

High Tensile Weave
By combining Nylon and Polyester, this construction helps the fabric maintain its form under load, reducing stretch and ensuring reliable performance over long periods outdoors.
Sustainability Without Compromise
Historically, high-performance gear required compromises, either on fabric lifespan or on environmental impact.
But TriPlex™ isn’t sustainable at the expense of performance. It is a high-performance fabric because of its sustainable design.
By integrating recycled materials, solution-dyed yarns, and PFC-free waterproofing, we didn’t just make our fabric greener; we made it better.
