While this guarantee covers all Terra Nova products, tent and bivi poles are excluded, as they are protected under our dedicated No‑Quibble Alloy Pole Guarantee
Two-Year Pole Guarantee
Every alloy pole supplied with Terra Nova and Wild Country tents or bivis is covered by our No‑Quibble Pole Guarantee. For two years from the date of purchase, we will replace any damaged pole - regardless of the cause, including unforeseen mishaps or accidental damage. This straightforward, hassle‑free policy ensures you can rely on your equipment with confidence, knowing that any tent or bivi pole issue will be resolved quickly so your adventures can continue uninterrupted.
Free delivery is available for webshop orders of £50 or more delivered to standard UK postcodes.
Please note that international orders, telephone orders, and some remote UK postcodes are excluded from this promotion.
