For two years from the date of purchase, we will replace any damaged pole - regardless of the cause, including unforeseen mishaps or accidental damage. This straightforward, hassle‑free policy ensures you can rely on your equipment with confidence, knowing that any tent or bivi pole issue will be resolved quickly so your adventures can continue uninterrupted.

Free delivery is available for webshop orders of £50 or more delivered to standard UK postcodes.
