Review: Moonlite Bag Cover 05/12/17

reviewed by:

Ive tested the Moonlight on a number of nights out and due to its lightweight, I carry it as an emergency bag. The face net keeps the mosquitos out, but will allow rain onto your face, so perhaps best used with a tarp or under some cover. Its snug, but works well and packs down into a tiny bag. Excellent for the lightweight trips...
Review: Great small ultra lightweight bivvy 28/04/14

reviewed by:

The strengths of this simple bivvy lie in its size and weight. It packs very small and is very light making it a great pop in the rucksack 'just in case' piece of kit. The version I tried didn't have insect protection which is not ideal but I think newer models do. It's snug so don't expect to be able to roll around inside. Once you've got yourself & bag inside there's not really any room for gear or to turn over but it does a good job of keeping you and your sleeping bag dry.
